Keith Scott

Mr. Scott is the founder of DSG and has grown the firm from inception to $10 million in annual revenue. He has a long career in the Information Technology field dating back to 1992 and has worked for firms including Egghead Software, General Electric, GTSI, Cognos, and Business Objects.

Throughout his career, he has been successful at building the ethics, management approach, discipline and level of professionalism that allowed him to embark on the entrepreneurial venture to form DSG. His tenacity, acuity and leadership will enable him to help lead a successful campaign in the STARS II program.

The mission of the DSG-Inserso JV team is to become the Prime Contractor of choice for Federal government agencies that require IT services and support at the best price with world class engineering excellence and management expertise.

Hamid Moinamin

Mr. Moinamin founded Inserso in 1994 and has been growing the company since that time. He is responsible for operations oversight, business development, and client relations. Hamid has lead Inserso in winning more than $175M of federal prime contract awards for customers such as GSA, US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

He also represents Inserso at local business and community events and has served on Board of Directors for the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) DC chapter. He is involved with Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and has co-chaired the excellence.gov awards twice.

About the partners

Mike Troiano

Mr. Troiano is a 30-year veteran of the finance and accounting trenches. With experience and skills in Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations; he has successfully helped start and fund companies; defined and implemented strategy; handled M&A due diligence; and managed Accounting, Payroll, IT, Security and Human Resources for organizations ranging from the start-ups to the Fortune 500.

Mr. Troiano earned a BA in Physics from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA in Quantitative Finance from the Johnson School at Cornell University.  He is a Member of the I-270 Industrial Security Awareness Council, Financial Executives International and the CFO Alliance and served as Chairman of Satellite Federal Credit Union and Treasurer of the Parklawn Sailing Association.  He is an avid sailor, Special Olympics Coach and is a past BSA Scoutmaster.
